Links may be made to websites that meet the following criteria:
1) Website maintained by a state, local or federal governmental agency, or local school or library board.
2) Website maintained by agencies or organizations that have established relationships with the MPRB in the following ways:
Alliance: Contractual relationship between two or more agencies carrying on a joint project or event where financial gain is expected. Each agency in an alliance relationship will incur liability or losses and reserve a right to share in profits.
Partnership:
Agencies whose mission and goals are not in conflict with MPRB’s mission, have similar interests, separate expertise and a shared interest in providing services for Minneapolis residents and surrounding communities. A partnership is a not-for-profit venture and must contain investments by both partners.
3) Website maintained by an organization that receives direct financial support from the City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County or the State of Minnesota.

Website that provides a unique online tool to assist residents in accessing information on the site or in communicating with each other, i.e. Yahoo!, Expedia, MapQuest.
